Here you will find the earthy tones of the south coupled with the blue cool tones of the North; as well as the sunny colors characteristic of Central Europe. We call this Regional Design – subtly harmonized stripes, sometimes tone on tone, sometimes rich in contrast, but always with a modern accent – a suitable fabric for every taste.

Awning fabrics made from 100 % solution-dyed acrylic

Our premium awning fabrics are made from 100 % solution-dyed acrylic. This guarantees top-level functionality, outstanding UV protection and an amazing textile feel. Colors resist fading, and fabrics will not break down even after years of exposure to the sun.

Moreover, in our Lumera and Lumera 3D qualities, we use CBA yarn; a fiber exclusively developed for Sattler. ‘Clean Brilliant Acrylic’ stands for a smooth, brilliant acrylic yarn, which makes it easier to remove dirt and water, and makes the colors shine brighter.

Best UV protection for your skin

Many of us ignore that, even in the shade, we are exposed to UV rays which are harmful to our skin. This is why it is particularly important to Sattler that our fabrics undergo the most rigorous tests for UV protection.

Our fabrics are tested according to the UV Standard 801. This testing method not only considers the fabrics when new, but also how the fabric behaves under different weather conditions. This means the fabrics are exposed to extreme conditions (e. g. extreme exposure to the sun and weather). This helps to determine if the fabric keeps its durability promise over the years.

This is the only way to ensure that the fabric you choose will meet your demands.
